Glam, if you break your cardio up like that, its VERY effective! You will see great fat loss doing it on that split. Do be careful with that in the sense your weight training can suffer due to fatigue. Sounds like you have turned up the training somewhat! As for the glances at the gym, LOL, just take it as a compliment and go on! I remember last year, this young girl, maybe 21 said some flattering things to me, then asked how old I am, I told her that I am old enough to be your father. LOL It was cute though!
