As far as the cardio I hate it too. What I have recently tried is breaking it up in 10 min blocks. For example, 10 min cardio, 10 min weight lifting, back to 10 min cardio, 10 min weightlifting and then soon I have 30 min cardio done and 30 min weightlifting.

I also invested in a mp3 player. The music keeps me motivated during the workout.

I take a fat burner right before I work out and it helps sustain a longer workout.
