Ok loving the results so far. I have upped my exercise to 5-7 days a week. At least an hour per day and sometimes up to 2 hours. It helps that I am not working right now.
I am really starting to look really fit now. It does seem like a few men are checking me out at the gym. First time in many years. It's kind of intimidating though. Not sure how to handle the glances my way.
I find it kind of awkward when they are pumping iron right next to me and then they make direct eye contact. Ahhh it's kind of like do I glance away or just stare back at their ripped muscles. Ha Ha Ha!
Ok the gym for scenery can be a great motivator if you know what I mean.
