Thanks for sharing YOU with us. You are growing and changing things about you and in the process peeling the onion to get down to who PEI really is….it is almost as if you are meeting yourself for the first time. Sounds like you like the person you met.

Your decision to close the door on your marriage is just that……your decision. I think you have done the deep digging and found yourself maybe for the first time in your life and have decided you want something different in your life. I am glad that you have found out enough about you to know what truly makes you happy in life.

I would say this to anyone on these boards…..a decision to end or leave your marriage does not mean that one day that door may not open up again and you may change your mind. As long as you make your decision free of resentment and anger, it is a healthy decision for you.
