Confront the boss while they are away... I wouldn't bother sending email.. I honeslty don't consider email or text messages particularly brave... I think it makes you look cowardly instead really... like you won't face him or something...
I say go to the workplace directly... OP's are like bullies, stalkers, and child molesters.. they do the dirty work in the dark...
