i guess i'm not listening to my body or feelings or something. h popped up today daughter and i were upset, turns our worlds upside down as compared to the days we don't speak or see him with no contact we are living life and somewhat happy.

as happy as one can be having been abdondoned 4 months pregnant with a 2 year old.

What I deal with today:

H shows up unnounced, claims to have called me and left a msg - never got one.

comes over and makes demands - i do not answer the door

he claims he has no keys to his truck- loads all the car seats from the truck to the car he is dropping off(my) demands keys so i tell him it will cost him money (he has not given money to us)

h says come over monday to pick up money - i shake my head no

h pulls keys from his pocket leaves my car and drives off in his truck

i texted - good to know priorities are still the same
car is not fixed still has no a/c

later on as both kids are asleep i have time to decompress from the day.

i texted him - i hope one day you realized the pain and destruction you have caused me and the kids

he texts back - why don't you bring them over to me - it's your fault i don't see them...

Okay so the documents i sent h the first of july he got, never responded, so i followed through with consequence.

i stated that if continued to not give me full financial transparency i would contact his employers per law and obtain the info. i did.

papers got 2 one of his jobs and h's response, i don't love you i want a divorce, i am dead to you and the kids.

all while my car breaks down on sunday, his father picks up my keys with the pretense of towing my car back to my house, and now days have passed and my car stills its.

gee that was great!

so now what? i get his financials if his employers don't cover for him and file for divorce. what else am i to do.?
