I guess I'm just looking for some input from experienced LBSs -

Should I propose guidelines to H regarding time with S / money / etc. - or is that just poking a hornets' nest?

Do I wait for H to make that move? Am I putting myself at risk financially, etc. by not doing something legal?

At the basic level - I do not want to end my marriage so filing something seems counterproductive.

Thoughts?
