Tonight I decided to go to the ballgame...mistake! After dodging debris, collisions and blocked lanes I arrived half an hour late and then found there was not one parking spot in the entire lot! So I drove home which took another hour. What a waste of gas.
Nope, an Intercounty Baseball League game! It's an amateur league that operates in Southwestern Ontario. These guys have all played College ball in the states or the minors and a few in the majors. They play because they love the game, all they get is gas money and they play four times per week. A big crowd is about 100...and I couldn't find a friggin' parking spot!
It's probably better that way though...it was probably hotter in there than your apt. When do you have your kids next? do you guys switch on/off one week at a time?

Romeo, I have the kids this week but every Thursday wife takes them and every Tuesday I take them on her week. We live a few blocks away from each other so it's pretty easy to do. If the kids forget something it's a two minute drive to pick it up. I chose an apartment not far from my former home so the kids could stay in the same community when they were with me, it was also one less change I would have to adjust to.

Oh and I'm not sure any doctor would look like him but someone like him probably wouldn't mind playing doctor, I mean a doctor
