Snodderly, the tire is way too old, only 44 years & it had a huge hole in it, so no way. We are going to have to get a new one. We were going to try that until we saw the hole, way too big. I hope I don't have to buy a new mower, I still haven't heard from them to see if it's the transmisson or a belt, hopefully a belt!! It's pretty dry right now anyway, so I really don't have to mow. I'm pretty much staying inside, I just got thru watering plants. My tomatoes still look pretty good, I'm keeping my fingers crossed hoping they will be good. My parents said it looks like their garden is drying up.
I don't imagine where xh is they had fireworks since this was a US holiday, but I know one year she did mention going to the US embassy to celebrate, who knows. I'm sure xh didn't have as much fun as we used to have. He sure is missing out!!
I'm better this week, I'm dreading my 50th birthday coming up the 1st of August. It's a milestone & I won't have him to celebrate it with me, I guess the part that bothers me is I will be 50 years old & divorced & no one to share it with, meaning a mate. I think my Mom wants to go to Stone Mountain in Georgia, so my Dad said he would keep the dogs (I don't kennel) & my Mom & I should go for my birthday. So, I think we might do that, we would just stay a couple of nights, so that will be fun & different. But, it doesn't make it easier, since I will miss my xh so bad, he always treated me like a Queen on my birthday. They have been hard since he left but I think this one is going to be harder.
