I know I read somewhere it is better to exercise earlier in the day rather than later. Later, the exercise gets your body "jazzed up" so to speak. Probably best if you could exercise right when you got home if not first thing in the morning.

Isn't it a pain that you have to move around your routine in the name of health??! lol
