Last night I did another 40 minute exercise stint. It certainly loosens me up but I find it hard to go to sleep now! I exercise about 8:00 pm - 8:45 pm, take a shower and relax till I go to bed about 11:00 pm. I can't fall asleep until 12:30 am and then I wake up twice per night. Before the Yoga I was falling asleep pretty much right away and then sleeping through the night. Am I stimulating myself too much at night? I think I'll go to bible study tonight and do a light workout when I get home, see if that works. Another day of 90 degree weather today!
