The biggest and first step is to detach. I think you got that link in the ones OP sent you.

This is KEY.

It will allow you to step away from the trauma of what's happened so you can focus on YOU and YOUR healing.

You will not get this detachement thing at first so keep reading it till it sinks in.

It is VERY hard at first, BUT

It gets easier.
