Arghhh, everyone's thread has moved (started new ones) and I'm behind the ball again finding you! Ok, happy belated birthday. Can't tell if you're back from the alt yet, so drop a line when you are. Hope you had a fabulous 40th and time at your sister's- I want to go there, it's so green!!!!

And may I reiterate how strange and confusing it is for us to figure out how to behave in our X's presence, or even STBX. How the heck do you go from years of that kind of familiar touching - the hair in the fingers, etc- or being in each other's space to.... what? where do you go? I wish there was some kind of manual for this stuff sometimes... And I hope you don't end up being called all the time when she needs something- you need at least a small break from her emotionally, IMO (though tell me to shut up if you don't agree :-), to find your new life and everyday rhythm without her disrupting it just yet...
