I'm sorry that you are a little bit down, i.e., memories of happier times w/your xh. The hurt will lessen as time marches on.

As for the emails, please try not to allow them to interfere in your life. It's obvious that someone wants to ensure that you are miserable and will close the door permanently on any type of relationship w/your xh. Do not allow this person the control to do this.
