Easy, make-ahead pool side drinks ...
In a good sized bucket for the freezer mix 1 qt coconut rum, 1 qt pineapple juice and 1 tub of cool whip ... mix frequently and freeze overnight (or at least several hours) ... scoop and serve! You can add tonic or sprite too if you like ... YUMMY!
