Yes, I am becoming convinced you are all correct. Psyching myself up for a big change here in terms of no contact. Can't turn it on like a lightswitch mentally - I have spent over a year trying to communicate, be friends, have family time for our son, and it's just not working. Time to shut him out. Completely. It make take me a little time to get it right - like learning to ride a bike - but hopefully you can all help keep me focussed. Thank you. You have opened my mind and helped to change it. Now, if only I can stick to it (a hard thing for an emotional person like me).
