You NEED a good family law atty, CPC. Beg, borrow or steal, this has to be your first step. Are there things you are paying for for your wife, that you can/should not allocate toward protecting yourself legally?
Sounds to me like something happened on her trip to make her pull back.

Not really, the economy has caught up to me. Basically every dime, is going to bills. Plus there was a protection order in place to where I cannot manipulate, open or close accounts or funds. As of now, I know I will be eaten up by her L but I may take the preliminary hearing on my own. Unless something comes up.
