Regarding the wine, it was in the fridge. I have never really paid much attention to wine. The Bin 555 (Australian Shiraz) was really good. I enjoyed.
Ahhh, that's Penfold's. I'm drinking the same thing, only their cheaper Koonunga Hill line. Good stuff!
And I'm with you on the courses. I said I MADE a salad. I never said I HAD any, lol. Just about a 13-oz. NY strip and two baked potatoes, sauteed onions and mushrooms, and wine! LOL
