Your best move is to continue to make no move. Your D will eventually be free of him anyway. I know she's not happy right now, but she should also just ignore his threats, especially the one about her not being believed, or the one where you will be jailed (how ironic that the person who should be in jail is threatening it). If she is going through the California courts, perhaps they will believe her story about how her father has treated her, forced her to do things she didn't want to do. Kids are more believed these days then abusive parents.
