I know for myself, that she says one thing to me, and then another to someone else, and then does something totally different.
Also, if you keep the records you can go back over them and search for patterns as well.
Additionally, you know what they are saying and thinking ABOUT YOU. This aids TREMENDOUSLY in doing 180s and being detached. Like if she thinks you will say or do X when something happens. You know what she THINKS you will do, and then you are able to prepare for it and then do Y or Z. Blows their mind totally.
