I definately want to purchase the house. Now it's just a numbers game. Along with getting the good rate. I've got all my paperwork in with the mortgage folks and I'm ready to go.

I would just hate to purchase the home and move her out and we try to reconcile later. I have a lot of money on the line by doing this. I guess with risk comes rewards........
