I will be clear that I don't want divorce as it is actually not best for ANYONE in the family, including her.
However, if you are not willing to participate in the marriage and wish to spend your time, family resources and affections on an affair then you have made your choice.
I will "consider" the paper over the next couple of days and let you know when I have my decision. A formal agreement will put an end to this "Limbo land" and the reality and consequences of her bhvr will be clearer to her.
