Do I wait for her to bring up the texts or do I wait til Calla is occupied and 'hit her between the eyes" with the script?

When Calla is occupied:
CD to W: "You have not been behaving in the best interest of this family, so to protect myself and my family, I am going to begin interviewing lawyers tomorrow. I will talk with you about recent events, but after I obtain legal counsel, all exchanges will go through the lawyer. Would you like to talk with me or my lawyer?"

If she wants to talk, tell her you will meet her for lunch tomorrow to discuss b/c you will not have Calla within earshot of any of it.
