If xh EVER, EVER leaves my kids with an ow (not sure if he has one right now or not) that will be the first and last time. Serious legal sh!t will rain down on him. I have a few things in the decree that I am flexible with now but that would stop so fast his head would spin.
We do have a right of first refusal. If he is going on a work trip, I keep the kids. However if he specifically asked if the kids could go with his parents overnight for something fun (movie, cousins over, etc) I would consider it. That is different than if he lied that he was around and passed the kids off to his parents.
