at this point what do I do? do I get boxes and let him know I am keeping them in the house? do I make garage sale signs..how do I let him know I am serious about this? Do I detach? Do I stop sleeping with him? How can I change the way he views this to know I am serious?

Oh no no no..he lives with me..he wants to stay...make marriage work...end contact with ow...he just saw OW...on monday..after saying he would end contact

but he saw her..and instead of asking him to leave I said in order to protect myself and the kids you need to end contact...do not call her to tell her it is over or email her just stop...you have one week or you can pack and leave
