Divorce in 1 month Help with exposing please need

Ok update...

Went to mediation again yesterday, told the mediator that i think we should have our cell phones off i think it is disrespectfull that STBXW keeps texting wy we are their.
He asked her to turn her phone off.

She really didnt want to cave on parenting time.
Then she started complaing about the reason were getting a divorce is because u want things your way or we cant talk was because of you etc waw bs.

I said NO the reason were getting a divorce is because you left our family and marrige for another man.

She started balling like i never seen her cry before this lasted 15 min.

I stood my ground and told her that i wanted time with my son and we did not cause this she choose this not us and wy should we pay the price for her mistakes.

She must of been crying 40 min of the hour in half we were their.

I told her lets just get this over with.
Butt she could not agree on anything.


Then last night at 11.30 i got a text message from her lets see the judge about extending out the divorce date a couple months.
She does not want a third party deciding the fate of our son.


I told her that part of me wants to get it over with today and i dont know. Butt i will give it a couple more months.


I think the exposing the A is fianly starting to get some where and the affair has really started to eat away at them and her.
