My Plan is go Dark, let her file D. Because she can pony up the 750.00 if she really wants it. And once she does, I go for Full Custody. If she doesnt file before CPS is finished in my sitch then well I will get all my documentation together and request my DD1 stay with my sister and then we go to court.

Once I win full custody, I will make sure to request Psych eval for BPD etc.. And that she has a car, a nice place, and has no idiots around my daughter.

I will accept no less. If she decides she wants to come home and make it work, Ill think about it, after she gets help.
