So far, not another peep from Dan. He doesn't have the kids until tomorrow evening, so should hopefully be drama- and text-free for 24 more hours! I will admit I am curious which of his screwups he is 'sorry' for...
Not to sound mean or vindictive but a lot of you have asked why I bother to do anything kind for him, such as printing out our visitation calendar with important dates on it, or getting him that activity calendar from Daycare. Or even letting him stop by to see the kids on an evening that is not his. I agree I need to stop doing the combined things, but generally, it goes along with an old Bible teaching.

I do think sometimes that when he lashes out at me he expects me to snap back, and that would somehow justify his BS in his mind. Instead I either ignore or do the unexpected, and it catches him off guard. But this will also diminish as we see each other less and less...and I ignore his outbursts more and more...
Ugh! I was up until 3 am reading and filling out a study guide for class today. We are currently on a 20 minute break.
I got another email from the Cards/Golf enthusiast. We have traded a handful of messages and he would like to see a movie or golf with me in the near future. Anyway yesterday I sent him a message that I had my class for my endorsement, and said 3 hours in front of a computer and a web cam was not exactly something I looked forward to. Here is a snippet of the reply I got this morning...
So taking a college course online, sounds like something you need to do for that endo rsement. What do you do if you need to be on the computer and webcam for 3 hrs a day. Most people who give that much effort are in the porn industry. I have never heard of anyone using the college online class as a cover.
Anyone else think this is an odd observation? Can't tell if he is trying to be funny but comparing me to a porn star is not a compliment in my book!
Don't know if it matters but I put in the italics, he didn't. It was part of a longer message suggesting we meet for golf, talking about football team preferences, etc. Just stuck out like a sore thumb to me...
I would be a tad offended though I will be the first to admit that I am a bit of a prude. You can either ignore it or let him know that it bothered you depending on if you want to get to know him better or not.

HMMMM, let's see the old testament was written in Hebrew and the new testament in Greek .... I believe..... Either way, something was lost in the translation. This must have been in the same book as turn the other cheek.
Speaking of cheeks, I thought the webcam reference was kind of funny. A little inapropriate maybe as early banter.....but no need to delete his profile......yet.

Had we been out for dinner and he made a similar comment, when we were having a lighthearted conversation, I probably would have just laughed...
At least he didn't offer to send me a pic of his junk like some of those guys who first surfaced on match!
