Well, no response to my reply. So far at least LOL.

Went and hung out with all the girls all weekend. Had a great time. Good company, good food, and plenty of martinis lol. The only thing lacking was sleep.

My xFIL sent me home with his sledgehammer, so now I can break up the concrete where the previous owners added a corner to the driveway and didn't cap the sprinkler line properly so water bubbles up between the concrete slabs.
