Don't hold it all in.

Call your kids every night. Tell them that you love them.

Tell your W what time you will call each night so she doesn't have to answer the phone if she doesn't want to.

Your kids need to talk to you and hear how much you love them.

I don't mean to sound like you are neglecting them or anything. Make it all about the kids for now. Let her be however she wants to.
