ML, no it hasn't been 13yrs. That's when he left the first time. 13yrs. ago and was gone for 2 1/2 months and was diagnosed with depression.
We have been separated now for 19 months. We were just together in March and talking about dating etc. Then a week later he said he didn't think it would be a good idea. Now nothing. See instead of an OW he has the devil on his shoulder called his family. They don't want us back together even though they are the ones that pushed the marriage. Go figure.

Hi all, dad is out of hospital and is improving slowly but surely, the effect of the pneumonia has caused some disruption with his kidneys and he is still struggling with the fluid on his legs, hopefully he is gonna be okay though, thanks to all of you for your support through my dads illness. I did go away for my weekend away with my friends under dads instructions or should I say orders, it was good I enjoyed it but not as much as in the past as I had dad on my mind all the time and was ready to fly home at the drop of a hat. ex took son out on sunday and monday of last week, sunday was fathers day over here in the uk, I left it with son if he wanted to see his dad or not, anyhow ex phoned son and took him to their home on sunday for a bbq. they went driving on the monday. whilst I was away a good friend of mine and the ex died, son said dad is really upset about his best buddy dieing, maybe because this was the only friend he had. ex has asked son about my dad and did text me on my return asking how my dad was, and he also asked son where I had gone and who I had gone with, but apart from that nothing new to report, so off to enjoy the mini heatwave we are promised over here this weekend xxxx
