well what can I say, everything was fine and then wam my father got admitted to hospital on sunday, he has pneumonia, chest infection and fluid on the lungs,he is also diabetic and his sugar count was six times the normal he was heading for a diabetic coma. ex texted and asked son if he was going driving with him and son being upset over grandad didnt respond, son was on facebook later on and so was ex, ex asked son why he hadnt responded to his message and he said something bad had happened but wouldnt tell ex what, so the lovely ex decided that after six weeks no contact to me to text me at midnight to find out what was wrong with son, I told him about my dad, to my surprise his reply was "sorry to hear about your dad, let me know if you need anything at all" very kind of him I thought, but would I really ask ex for anything at all, I dont dispute that I think deep down if I asked ex for anything to do with an emergency like this that he would be there for us, but could I really ask him for help after all I do his aunties shopping and he doesnt talk to me, oh well my only concern at this time is that my dad pulls through and gets fit and well again xxx
