I know all of you are not attorneys, but I need to make a financial plan this weekend. Given H's MLC I can't conpletely trust him to do what he says he will do. For those DBing, how do you feel about filing for a legal separation? It seems to go against so much in DBing, but I need to protect the financial security of myself and kids.
