OK, so the lawyer defending you against the harassment and other misdemeanors can't find anything to charge her with at all?
Offering a married man and your uni prof intimate gifts isnt' at all something that makes a wife uncomfortable?
Seriously?
I am all for harassment charges being acted on, but In my opinion interlopers attacking a home and a marriage should be illegal as well... There are not any states I know of that consider that a crime... There are some states that come down hard on the cheating spouse, but nothing against the third party... which I by default hold 90% accountable...
