I would like to know what the specifics are on that law...
It's a misdemeanor charge saying that I threatened her and made her uncomfortable. Since I used an alias similar to someone's name at the university, she also had me charged with criminal impersonation (also a misdemeanor). My lawyer laughed and said she was really reaching.
LOTS of holes in all the charges, which is why I'm fighting it. Easy to see why she was floundering with her degree until my husband stepped in - no attention to detail! Her sister's a lawyer, but I doubt she consulted her. Doesn't want her family to know -

No argument there! She willingly contributes to the breakdown of my marriage, yet I'M the one who gets in trouble. According to Univ policy, she should have been thrown out and my husband reprimanded. NOTHING happened to either one.

Hmm - I'll consider it. The program is designed to stop a divorce in 4 weeks, which, given WH's response, I believe it's doing. Full reconciliation could take longer...
