I am still finishing the chapter on "Withdrawal" but so far I really like the format of the book. Plan to read some more tonight before bed.
Kerry I am not the bionic woman but I try! Today I did some laundry, worked out with Insanity, took a trunk full to the recycling center, swept out the garage and organized it a little, and took the training wheels off Nathan's bike. Full day...
We finished the night with an episode of Glee and some cuddling.
I came in from cleaning the garage with the kids (forgot to mention the Ice Cream man came down our street while we were working so all three of us got treats. I love Bomb Pops!) and there was a message from Dan. After a couple months of "hey Nathan and Sydney" he reverted back to calling to tell 'all of you' goodnight and 'I love you all'...that used to get me excited/hopeful but now I just figure force of habit. Nathan called and left him a voicemail--he said he was flying from LA to San Fran at the time. Dan called back a couple hours later but I didn't get on just gave the phone to the kids and hung up for them when they were done without talking.
OK it is midnight here, I need to get after it! Need to read before I go to sleep.
FFG has to watch it with his daughter and said it was entertaining so I hope not!
BBJ~
You sound like you have a plan in place. I hope brings you some peace.

Hey! Glee is nothing like Richard Simmons! It is wayyyy more fabulous!
Got my garage door fixed, did my Cardio Recovery DVD. Being a recovery day it was more stretching and holding yoga poses...I have never done yoga but that's what he called them! Sometimes I was sweating just holding a stretch for 30 seconds!
Now, off to mow the front yard.
Oh and btw there the Cards/Golf guy on match emailed again last night. He seems like a good guy, would like to go golfing sometime. I am a little off-put though, in that when he emailed he said, "You like the Cards AND golfing? I think I'm in love"...I replied back answering a few questions he had and said something about rambling on and when he replied back he said, "Don't worry about rambling I am already in love remember?"
I mean I know it's just an expression and he was joking around. And it's definitely better than a guy texting me telling me he's horny or that he woke up hard...ugh!!! Those were some gross days... But still I guess coming off a long-term marriage I don't like throwing around the Love word like that. I am not looking for love I just want to find someone I can laugh and hang out with on occasion. Still thinking I have a lot of 'me' work to do before I am ready to date so when my membership is done the end of the month I think I will just let it lapse. I already got rid of the eharmony account.
Ok off to mow...we may go to Iron Man 2 this evening...
That does seem like a strange comment, but what people say in writing vs what they say in person differs quite a bit.
I mentioned to C49 after a few dates that she was quite the catch for a high tech guy like myself since she could talk the geek talk (she is a web master). But I did not use the "love" word.
I've hidden my profile and have turned off the auto renew so as to let it expire in July. I cant seriously date one lady and still be open to date others.
