Sauted oysters?? Really??? Chinese and I aren't the best of friends. My dad used to tell me I was eating worms and bugs. Still have a hard time with some of it. Ice cream...hard to go wrong there.

Ice-cream makers for King Tang of Shang heated buffalo, cow, and goat milk together and then fermented the brew to form yogurt.
