Jack, I understand the visual, and what it takes for the MLCer to work through thier issues.
I know the journey I am on and that working on me is never done.
With that said I am not sure what I am seeing in her eyes, I think they are the eyes of wanting me to move towards her, to embrace her and comfort her.
Her words, are well...less than encouraging...when she texts me she seems to come out of the tunnel...
"I miss being a mom" "I miss being a wife" "I miss dancing with You"
In person it is the monster,
"We're done" "I don't have any hope for us"
Her actions are......
I don't know WTF she is doing and it is probably better that way. She is not trying very hard to reconcile with D13. She comes over to the house and sometimes lingers. She will meet me out and have lunch or dinner when exchanging S9. (some of this is probably cake eating) We don't hear sh!t from her for 3 days on her weekends "off"
What got to me last night was what was in her eyes and how she was looking at me.
Right now I am just trying to be consistent in how I treat her. I have not gone dim, dark, or laid out boundaries just tried to be friendly.
S9 is going over to her place again tonight, we are going to meet at great pizza place, eat and I will depart (BTW, corona's are $2.50 tonight, LOL)

My point I was hoping to make is that I worry that Miss's concept of 'good' or 'encouraging' is out of whack unless it is fantastical golden good made of 100% AWESOME rainbow pooping unicorns. And to him...that would be: "Ok I guess."
