wii, are you saying she's avoiding you or are you saying she'll avoid you if she decides not to pursue you which will create an awkward situation for you?
Think of it this way...as a son-in-law you'll still be driving her mom to work everyday so you're well ahead of the game
So why doesn't she drive her mother to work?
Kat, there's a great guy out there for you...probably several. Are you doing enough to cross paths with him? i.e. getting out etc?

SR, I am still recovering from my just failed romance. I will be getting back out there again, just taking some time off to lick my wounds. Maybe another week.

SR, I'm just saying that things can get awkward and I'm not sure I'm up to that stuff right now. As far as her driving her mom to work, I work WITH her mom and that's why I give her a lift. I haven't asked and am not sure I want to at this point, but I also know from the past that women can be pretty weird when they want to say NO but can't or they want to stop seeing you. I've dealt with some real strange ones in the past! Personally, I totally respect women who say "thanks but no thanks, let's stay friends" etc. I can feel good that I tried and know exactly where I stand. I also know that some guys aren't as thankful when they get ditched or turned down and can make it very difficult for a woman, so often women will lie and avoid etc hoping you'll figure it out which I always found somewhat humiliating. I know you have to recognize that it's their stuff but I never liked those kind of games. Am I ready to play again and put myself out there, I dunno. Again, no rush! Thanks for checking in guys!
OK guys, remember the woman I was thinking of asking out and whose mother works with me. Well, mom is now in our lunchroom refusing to come out all afternoon vowing to quit (for the third time this week) Um, and I want to take out her daughter???? I think mom might not be working with me much longer...and it won't be her choice! Good hearted lady but I think the cheddar is slipping off her cracker rapidly. I think I'll leave her daughter be for my own sanity!
She just left my office telling me she's gonna quit and go back to her last job. She doesn't know that I know, from her daughter, that she got fired there and was escorted out by security. It's gonna be a great ride home, I think I'll stay here for the night!
Me thinks she has a screw or two loose. Perhaps the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, though one could hope. Yikes! I don't envy you that ride home.
