you are both VERY right, but she does get my family (in-laws). The only family i've ever known. I still see them all and talk to them all but rarely, and it's now different. She gets the everyday stuff, the holidays, the weekends doing stuff together, the birthdays, the "WEDDINGS". etc... that probably hurts the most.
