PEI, sorry to hear about your backslide. i know it's hard but 1 - it's good you saw lessons learned 2 - you do have to give yourself some compassion. your sitch is tough and everyone's advice to take care of yourself is so crucial.
and i know i sound like a broken record but really consider talking to a db coach again (i know you said you were saving up for another session). i went through a similar sitch last week re "OW" and coach told me that my prying and getting caught up in it is a way of being controlling. did someone say control?? man, it rears its ugly head in so many diff't ways.
