I don't know. I still have the goals set. Alot of it just doesn't fall on me. It's all in the state's hands which is irritating me.
This is all good and well however, some of these are out of your hands so why don't you try to set a couple of minigoals during the day?
Eating healthy (to keep your diabetes in check) Praying (to keep your spiritual self in check) Getting enough rest (to keep your mental state in check)
Stop worrying about what tomorrow may bring and just be thankful you have today to look forward to.
