She's pushing him for D because she's insecure - same reason as all these cheaters are. They know how easy it is to walk away and to cheat. The longer he doesn't divorce you the more insecure she'll get.
I agree with Bond. Leave him to it. If he wants to divorce you let him do it, unless you have a stronger desire to divorce him. Sounds like he isn't really enjoying life at the moment.
