Thank you Jack - I know that I have to find the right balance for my "darkness". I feel that I may still come across as angry to him....have to be more "neutral"...will work on that
"dad is currently a fcktard" - Jack...got a chuckle out of that...but seriously, I'm watching what's up, because she only started this "don't have time for you dad" after the weekend (the weekend that she observed OW in the car with her daddy). Still not sure that this is why she doesn't want to spend time with him, could be just normal teenage selfishness and preoccupation with herself...very much what her 54-year-old daddy is going through.
If I see that this continues next week, I'll gently talk to her. Not to tell her what to do, but to guide her in other ways.
