After all this time, I did it. What I fought so hard to avoid happened. I went and met with a lawyer yesterday. It is my only option left at this point.
Of course to try to keep costs down he suggested that Mark and I try to come to an agreeance on everything. So I called him and spoke to him. His response was I'm not getting a lawyer, do whatever, I"ll sign it, my f'in life sucks anyway. I wasn't entirely shocked by his response I knew he'd play the poor me act like he always does.
