Now that I am calmed down again...the kids didn't put the ferrets up before they left with their Dad so they were both out. didn't discover that right away but once I did, I had to hunt for the female. No luck so I sat down in living room to chill for a moment and a bat comes flying in!! I mean this thing was swooping and not just landing somewhere. I was opening the door and trying to get it to go out but afraid to leave the door unattended as I didn't want the ferret to run outside. I was having no luck so I called the kids and asked if Dad could bring them home to help me.

Luckily after the getting the bat to the rear of the house I was able to get it out the back door. Shortly after the kids got home and they found their ferret. I called Karen to try and calm down, thanks by the way. Whew!! I about had a heart attack!!
