Not sure which way to go anymore

Had to see H tonight to exchange DS, my stomach was all in knots from nerves before he got there. I kept it calm, and polite, answered his questions, agreed for him to take DS part of Monday and just tried to keep it stranger friendly. It hurt to see him and know that I don't have him.
