Have to go to the US Virgin Islands for a potential job for the new company, leave Sunday, will be back Wednesday. Asked the wife if she wanted to go, but said she thought it best to stay here to make sure the last week of school was good for the kids. She is heading up to her parents tomorrow to put together a 50 year anniversary party for her parents with her brother. She will be back Sunday. Going out with her friends up there to celebrate their birthday's together.
All is well, although she is still not there yet. She is going out for a women's night at the club, so I will have the boys both today and tomorrow. Boys wanted to stay home with me and not go up there with her. We'll have fun. Glow golf tomorrow night at the club that I might attend.
Her IC starts Monday I think, but I do not want to ask, so it does not look like I want her to fix herself or anything.
Here is hoping she gets some perspective from the IC...
So, trip delayed, will go to USVI soon, maybe this week.
Weekend was fine, she seemed to enjoy herself both at the ladies night, and up at her home alone with her friends and family for a day. She came home yesterday afternoon, in a good mood. Hugged and kissed the boys and the pets. I got up, went over and gave her a kiss and told her I was happy to have her home.
Good night after that, in the old days, I would have played the poor little boy with no love. Well I refuse to play that roll now. Water off the back, but of course it still cracks another piece of that stone.
lol, She asked me about the timing of the really big job we are going to get, she said it has taken 5 years for this to happen, I said no, about 5 months. I said sometimes it takes a little while to win the lottery. She said nothing. lol.
Great, another delay on big job, it is a quasi government contract, so Ishould have expected delay. Told wife about it and she took it well, saying that I needed to calm down, (i was furious) and that it does not help with the other meetings I had yesterday to be angry about this.
Called me baby this morning, been a while for any pet names. Of course it was at 6am and she was half asleep.
Good holiday weekend, played a lot of golf, went to the pool afterwards to see wife and kids. Spoke with friends. Wife urged me to enter a splash contast on the diving boards, so I did. Good time.
Started to massage on the wife in bed last night, and asked if she wanted to fool around, she said no thanks, I said you don't want to help me out any? She said she would and she grabbed her toy and after she was done "helped me out". Very weird, very adamant about not going "all the way".
This morning it was as if she felt guilty about what happened last night. Could be mind reading because she said nothing was wrong>
