I went once, but it was closed, and had to settle for what I could see through the gate....I was just talking about it Fri with friends (we went to the Buddhist temple, instead). Sounds like a great place to pack a picnic and meet up...?
It definitely would be. I'd check with them first re:bringing in food, etc., though. And plan on several hours at least. And if your talking about a general meet up and have room for one more, I'd certainly be interested. I can't wait to go back. Tell me more about the Buddhist Temple. Where is it?
