It's about preparing yourself for the aftermath. For lack of a better example, it's like invading Iraq and raising hell but not knowing what to do with the country afterwards.
If you're going to tell everyone to expose, then I think it's important to preparing for the hurricane that's going to come afterwards. Many of the people on here aren't going to be ready. They should know how to respond and what to say afterwards.
Trust has been broken on both sides. Something should be set up afterwards to AT LEAST lay a foundation. That is a baby step in the right decision.
